Oral history of Frankston from the early 1900's to 1950
This oral history project was initiated by the Frankston City Libraries in 1984. It was sponsored by the Frankston City Council as a part of the Community Employment Programme. Fifty-eight interviews were conducted with local residents over a period of 26 weeks. The Frankston City Libraries also published Fishing, Sand and Village Days which is a thematic presentation of these interviews. |
Oral history of Frankston from 1950 to 2000
This oral history project was a Federation Community Project conducted by the Frankston City Council to commemorate the Centenary of Federation in 2001.
