The 1957 programme consisted of 37 performances by different theatre groups and ran over thirteen days during the period 26 October to 6 November 1957 at the Frankston Mechanics' Hall. Participating theatre groups included the Yallourn Little Theatre, the Thalian Players, the Tin Alley Players, Moe and the Shepparton Drama Group.
